Vintage Training Lite

Wednesdays 8:30 am

Low Impact Strength Training

and Heart Healthy Training.

This is the perfect class for beginners or those who are a

little timid.

Instructor Jan Jacobs will guide you through a fun workout with friends and neighbors using small kettlebells, bodyweight, theraballs and more.
